Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of taxi and private transfer services provided by ONE CLICK HOLIDAY j.d.o.o. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Services
We provide taxi transportation and private transfer services, including airport transfers from and to Split Airport, as well as long-distance routes within Croatia and neighboring countries. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, messaging apps, or website contact form.
- A booking becomes confirmed once pickup time, location, destination, and price are agreed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on route, season, time of day, and passenger number.
- Fixed prices agreed in writing apply only to the confirmed route and conditions.
- Additional stops, waiting time, or route changes may result in additional charges.
- Accepted payment methods: cash or as otherwise agreed.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
- Standard waiting time for local pickups is reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
- Airport transfers include reasonable waiting time based on flight arrival; passengers must inform us about delays.
- No-show situations may result in cancellation fees.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
- Late cancellations for long-distance or airport transfers may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to operational reasons or force majeure.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- The number of passengers must not exceed vehicle capacity.
- Luggage requirements must be communicated in advance.
- Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with safety instructions.
7. Liability
We aim to provide safe and timely transportation. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, border controls, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for planning adequate travel time.
8. Lost Property
If an item is left in the vehicle, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to recover it, but we cannot guarantee retrieval.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing transportation services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian court.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
